Spring is on the way and we are already planning a ton of fun for Special Days, 2009! Our theme this year will be (drum roll please)... EVERY DAY'S A HOLIDAY! Each day will we will focus on a different holiday. We will celebrate: New Years Eve, Birthday, Independence Day, Halloween, Christmas/Hannukah and a chance to make your own holiday. So if you see items that may be used as cabin / village / dining hall decor, you can start brainstorming all the great things we can do at camp with this theme! Picking up holiday decorating items on sale and donating them to Special Days is a great way to help us reduce program expenses. Or, if you have items sitting in the back of a closet or packed away that you are not using and would like to donate, we'd love to have them. Please contact Tammy Willis, Camp Director to make arrangements for donations by e-mail at: Tammy.Willis@gmail.com Please be aware that donations will not be able to be returned at the end of the summer camp program unless special arrangements are made prior to the camp session. We appreciate you keeping your eyes out for items that can be used to help us deliver an amazing program to campers this summer while keeping our expenses to a minimum. And remember, "There are holidays, work days, rest days and birthdays but none beat those Special Days...Special Days at Camp" |

Another amazing day at camp! Campers teamed up across all of the villages to tackle the all camp game. Later, after they had found the missing pieces the king was looking for, they teamed up once again to track down their counselors.. and made them jump off the tower into the lake! We also celebrated two birthdays, All Star Megan and Outbacker Jaz! To download the newsletter, click 'read more' below and to the right.
