Sarah Vaughn will be running the Marine Corps Marathon on October 31, 2010. She has graciously pledged her fundraising for this event to Special Days Camps - Thank you, Sarah!

We have received emails asking us where to find this session's newsletters. The short answer is, we don't have one because we are trying something new.
We have posted photos to Flickr and videos to YouTube, and then linked to them from our Facebook page. We will try to update each of these pages with new material every day. Check them out!

The 9th Annual Golf Outing and Fund Raiser for Special Days Camps was held on Monday, July 19th, 2010 at Barton Hills Country Club, in the rolling hills of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Doug White, who is the PGA Golf Professional at Barton Hills, has become active with Special Days Camps and we thank him for sponsoring our use of the country club. Barton Hills is an outstanding venue and hosted our event wonderfully.
Our very special thanks go out to our three principal sponsors, AutoTrader.com, Chelsea Rhone LLC, and Accident Fund Insurance Company of America.
The day was perfect from beginning to end, with warm weather, beautiful sunshine and lots of camaraderie. Supported by twenty-five dedicated volunteers, 125 golfers participated in the event, which raised awareness and support for Special Days Camps.
Our first donation for the day came from little Lauren Willoughby, daughter of Lynn Royer-Willoughby and granddaughter of co-founders Dr. and Mrs. George Royer. Lauren donated $1.00 straight from her piggy bank!

Hey Special Days Families! Are you looking for an opportunity to see all your camp friends and enjoy a great baseball game at the same time? We've got just the opportunity for you!
On Sunday, April 25th the Lansing Lugnuts are excited to host Special Days Camps as their special guest. The game starts at 2:05 pm but if you arrive early the players will be signing autograhs from 12:30 - 1:00 pm. A special camp photo will be taken of everyone in attendance, our camp will be recognized on the scoreboard and after the game kids will be able to run the bases on the field.
